Searching for low-cost vet that offers arthritis / pain-management for senior dogs
My two senior dogs have started to show signs of arthritis pretty quickly in the last year or two. My normal vets (a low-cost clinic an hour away and/or CSU Spur vet) do not do blood work and/or service dogs over 8-9 years old.
I will call CSU Spur vet tomorrow to get info on who they may recommend, but wanted to get a second opinion here incase that one doesn't work out. I did ask the vet that's 1+ hours away, but the place they told me to call won't take new patients less than 3-4 out.
I am working towards a better paying job, but I'm not sure when that will be... so for now I have to really plan my options.
