In the age of Industrial progression, what will we do if we can't create our own equipment at an international standard?
The CEO of the company I work with jokingly told me; "What if someday foreigners decided they had enough of us pirating their industrial softwares, and tell us to give them their equipment back, get a refund and that's the end of it."
I found it funny and replied that we'd be cooked, but that sparked a question in my head, what would we actually do if it came down to that? Can we really trust local "supposed" fabrication that only imports parts and weld them together? Because even when it comes to supplies, with the decline of importation the quality of local plywood has been really bad. Especially in the last month. Let alone the quality of local industrial machines.
What do you guys think? 🤔
