The Situation:

The 1 year old business is registered with Canadian details, but the inventory is fully stocked in US fulfillment centers. Due to a pause in advertising over the last few months, the inventory velocity has slowed, leading to high monthly storage fees ($600+). Rather than continuing to pay these fees, I’ve decided to sell this business and work on my other brands.

The Assets:

Product: Home Sauna Steam Curtain (Wellness/Home Spa category).

Current Stock: 984 units ready for immediate sale in Amazon US warehouses.

Retail Value: $19.75 per unit (approx. $19,500+ total retail value).

Storefront: https://www.amazon.com/stores/HomeSauna/page/72C23931-7526-496E-A63F-7750746E261B

Instagram Reel: https://www.instagram.com/reels/DUva4TWEatG/

Key Financials (Last 4 Months):

Total Revenue: USD $4,707 – $5,357 (monthly average: $595–$1,316)

Total Profit: USD $2,355 – $2,681 (monthly average: $297–$658)

Profit Margin: 50% consistently

I recently liquidated a large portion of the stock (1500+) through Amazon’s internal system at a significant loss, but I would much rather see the remaining ~1,000 units go to an operator who can move them at their true value.

The sale includes:

Amazon Account (no violations, clean account)

Amazon listings

Amazon Brand Registry

Trademark (Home Sauna)

Existing inventory

Social Media Accounts

Supplier and operational information

Are you interested in discussing a full brand takeover? I’m happy to share more data if this fits your portfolio.
