Originally excited to get Friley but then realized it’s the basement. Not sure this is a great placement. Thinking the rooms aren’t in great shape. Appreciate Friley’s great location and social aspect. Understood there’s no AC, but the windows are at ground level. Any flooding or mold issues in basement dorm rooms? How are Dodd bathrooms?

Wondering if I should try for Helser or elsewhere in Friley when portal reopens for “re-assignments” over summer.
