I am an HR Executive with over 20 years of HR, payroll and business startup experience. I would like to leave corporate and help small to mid- size businesses outsource HR as well as process their payroll. Would it be best for me to purchase a payroll system and offer payroll processing? I have used several HRIS and know which ones to stay away from.

I would appreciate feedback from other existing consultants as well as small business owners in need of outsourcing HR and Payroll. No business is too small or large.
