I am dealing with this crap since January 2025. Even did a Biospy. Diagnosis is "spongiotic dermatitis". I can't have sex anymore. Whenever I have even some light friction I immediately get red spots on my glans and foreskin. Then I use Momecutan for a few days and the spots vanish. But after some friction they are back again. I feel really depressed..
