help me with my next lease
I have a hard time wrapping my brain around the secrets behind leasing. I wish I started researching sooner, but life happened. My lease is up SOON, June 8th! I would appreciate your thoughts/advice. I live in Grand Rapids, MI.
For the last 12 years, I have been re-leasing Honda CRVs (36-39 months). My current lease payment that is ending, is only $252. Current lease prices look much higher this year.
After reading the reviews on the 2026 CRVs, I am considering a Subaru as it is a Hybrid. I have a couple Golden Retrievers that need room. I value a comfortable ride and decent gas mileage.

This was a 39 month lease and I currently have 39,600 miles. The exterior is in excellent condition. The interior has some staining on the ceiling and visor fabric from a Coke can explosion. They are probably due for new tires.
The residual Value: $25,567.95. Kelly Blue Book: $27,000-27,600. My credit score is 760.
I know I won't get this low of a monthly payment again, but I would like to stay closer to $320/mo if that is even possible.
