I lined them up side-by-side and even I’m confused.

The black color is spot-on, not too dark or too light. The stitching around the pockets and hem is identical, the collar shape matches, and the logo on the back is perfectly positioned. The fabric even has the same stretch recovery — no bagging or sagging after wear.

You’d need a magnifying glass to find any minor differences, and even then, they’re not visible when wearing.

👟 The EQ LV Skate batch that had my hypebeast friend fooled

Showed these to a friend who’s obsessed with LV kicks, and he straight-up thought they were retail.

✅ The toe box shape is exactly the same
✅ The “VUITTON” tag on the tongue is crisp, same font and placement
✅ The midsole texture matches retail perfectly
✅ The monogram print on the inner lining is spot-on

He was shocked when I told him they’re replicas. If a die-hard fan can’t tell, who’s going to?

I’ve been wearing the PK version daily for weeks, and no one has even asked if they’re real. Let’s break down the insane details:

  • Mesh upper: The hole size, spacing, and fabric texture are identical to retail. Even the tiny Swoosh logo placement is spot-on.
  • Wave sole: The scalloped edge shape, depth, and rubber texture match perfectly. No cheap plastic feel, just the same grippy, soft material.
  • Insole print: The “NIKE MIND” text and red dot pattern are crisp, with no blurry edges or color shift.
  • Heel tag: The metal plate engraving is identical, same font and placement as retail.

Even holding them side-by-side, I can barely tell the difference.

🧐 Spot the retail pair challenge — Black Phantom AJ1

I posted these side-by-sides to see if the community can pick the retail pair out. The LJR batch is so close that even close inspection barely reveals any differences. The tongue “Cactus Jack” print, the heel bee embroidery, the contrast stitching, and the suede texture are all identical to retail. I’ll reveal the answer in 24 hours — let’s see who gets it right!
