Has anyone here had issues with Amex Germany/PostIdent verification repeatedly failing even after conditional approval?
I’ve already attempted PostIdent multiple times at different Deutsche Post branches, but the verification still isn’t going through and support keeps asking me to retry.
Did anyone solve this through:
a specific Deutsche Post branch,
VideoIdent,
manual review,
or another verification method?
Would appreciate real experiences, especially from international students/expats in Germany.
