Surgery cost and experience at PRM - Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine in Atlanta

Has anyone had excision surgery with Dr. Ashley Davis from PRM in Atlanta? If so, would you mind sharing your experience and how much you paid in total? I have health insurance, but I understand she is OON provider. I have already had a consultation with her, I think she is a great doctor and she explained everything really well. However, I am not entirely sure about the practice itself. They are not clear about the actual cost of the surgery and talk about getting a final bill until 9-12 months post-surgery.

I have also seen Dr. Umpierrez-Morley at AOG. Same, wonderful doctor. I am beyond happy with her bedside manners, knowledge and great care. However, she is not a specialist in endo. Although she has great knowledge about it and is very validating and seems to understand everything, she is not a specialist and that scares me a bit, as this will be my second surgery. Also, she mentioned her surgeries usually last 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. IDK if this is the usual, but I want to make sure I don't end up having only half of the disease removed because there is a standard time for them.

I would greatly appreciate it if y'all could share your doctor and cost info so I can make the best decision for my care. I understand out of network will be expensive regardless, but I want to have the best care and results long term. Thank you all in advance.
