Hello everyone!

After reading the recent manga chapters, my mind has been overflowing with "what if" scenarios. 😭 Waiting an entire week for the next chapter is pure torture, so I decided to write one of the scenes I kept imagining.

This is my take on what might have happened after Azz-Azz and Clara returned to the Misfit Class following Iruma's confession.

Of course, knowing Nishi-sensei, the actual story will probably blow all our minds and be completely different. But until then, I hope this little fanfic helps fellow fans who are just as impatient for the next chapter.

The Misfit Classroom was unusually quiet.

Normally, Clara would have burst through the door singing at the top of her lungs while Azz followed behind Iruma with unwavering dignity. Instead...

The classroom door slid open.

Clara walked in first.

Her eyes were red.

Azz followed, his face pale, his usually perfect posture barely holding together.

No Iruma.

No cheerful trio!

The room immediately fell silent.

"...Asmodeus-kun?" Jazz asked cautiously.

"What happened?" Elizabetta stood up, concern filling her voice.

Clara didn't answer.

She walked to her seat and collapsed onto her desk.

A quiet sob escaped her.

Even Agares slowly opened his eyes.

Azz remained standing beside his desk, staring at Iruma's empty seat.

Before anyone could ask again, the classroom door opened.

Kalego entered.

The room instinctively quieted.

"...Suzuki Iruma's identity has been revealed."

Confused murmurs spread through the class.

"What identity?"

Kalego looked across the room before saying quietly,

and he told everyone what happened in the rooftop......!!!!!!!!!

Silence.

Nobody moved.

Nobody breathed.

"...You're joking."

Jazz forced a laugh.

No one joined him.

Sabnock's expression hardened.

"...You're serious."

"...Yes."

Slowly, every pair of eyes turned toward Azz and Clara.

Neither denied it.

Azz lowered his head.

"...He told us himself."

Clara's shoulders trembled.

"...He thought we'd hate him..."

The words struck everyone's heart.

One by one, memories began rushing back.

The impossible appetite.

How they never saw him fly.

How every tests, he got unique results

His unique knowledge

Every mystery...

Finally had an answer.

Jazz slowly sat down.

"So all this time..."

"...he carried that burden alone."

Kerori covered her mouth.

"He smiled every single day..."

Azz clenched his fists.

"He apologized."

The classroom looked at him.

"He kept apologizing..."

"...for being human."

Clara wiped her tears.

"He was crying..."

"...asking us if we could still be friends."

No one could speak.

Then, almost unconsciously...

Everyone began remembering something else.

Not the lies.

But the person behind them.

Sabnock smiled faintly through misty eyes.

"He believed in me... even when everyone laughed at my dream of becoming the Demon King."

Kerori looked down and thought

"He stood beside me during the concerts even when he hate to stand out."

Jazz chuckled weakly.

"He helped me so many times and because of him, I won against my brother..."

Lied quietly spoke without lifting his head.

"Because of his company I had so much fun, we won harvest festival together, and because of him i came to love multiplayer game"

Elizabetta smiled sadly.

"He always listened."

"He never expected anything in return."

Caim folded his wings.

"He never judged anyone."

Purson looked toward Iruma's empty desk.

"He was the first person who made me feel... noticed."

Clara hugged herself.

"He played with me every day."

"He never once called me annoying."

Azz looked at the class.

"He changed all of us."

Nobody argued.

Because it was true.

Royal One.

The Harvest Festival.

The Music Festival.

The Heartbreaker.

Every impossible challenge...

Iruma had quietly pushed each of them forward.

Without realizing it...

The Misfit Class hadn't just accepted Iruma.

They had grown because of him.

Lied suddenly stood.

"...Sensei."

His voice was shaking.

"...What happens to Iruma-kun now?"

Everyone looked at Kalego.

Kalego's silence was answer enough.

Finally, he spoke.

"...He will be returned..."

"...to the human world."

The classroom froze.

"...Returned?"

Kerori whispered.

"...As in..."

"...gone?"

"...Yes."

Clara stood so suddenly her chair fell backward.

"No!"

Jazz slammed his fist onto his desk.

"That's ridiculous!"

Sabnock's eyes widened.

"So that's it?"

"The one who changed all of us..."

"...just disappears?"

Even Agares was fully awake now.

Purson stared at the empty seat.

"...This classroom..."

"...won't be the same."

Tears quietly rolled down Elizabetta's face.

The room fell into silence once more.

Lied looked around at everyone's expressions.

Then...

He smiled.

A small smile.

"...You guys..."

Everyone turned toward him.

"...Why are we acting like this is the end?"

No one answered.

Lied took a deep breath.

"So what if Iruma-kun is human?"

"He was never trying to hurt us."

"He laughed with us."

"He cried with us."

"He fought beside us."

"He saved every single one of us."

His voice grew stronger.

"...Isn't that exactly what makes him one of us?"

He pointed toward the empty chair.

"Iruma-kun being human doesn't make him an outsider."

"It proves he was a Misfit from the very beginning."

A few students blinked through their tears.

Lied grinned despite his watery eyes.

"We're called the Misfit Class because none of us fit the Demon World's idea of 'normal.'"

"So what if Iruma-kun is human?"

"That just means..."

"...he's the biggest misfit among us."

A small laugh escaped Jazz.

Clara looked up.

Even Azz's eyes widened.

Lied clenched his fist.

"So if they're sending him away..."

"...then we'll just bring him back."

"We'll welcome him home."

"As our friend."

"As our classmate."

"As a member of the Misfit Class."

One by one, the others stood.

"Yeah."

Sabnock's voice echoed through the room.

"I refuse to lose my rival."

"He still owes me another concert."

Kerori wiped her tears.

Clara smiled through her crying.

"We still have so many games to play!"

Azz placed a hand over Iruma's desk.

His voice was steady once again.

"No matter where you are, Iruma-sama..."

"...you will always have a place waiting for you."

The room that had moments ago been drowning in despair...

Now held something stronger.

Hope.

Because if there was one thing every Misfit had learned from Suzuki Iruma...

It was never to give up on the people you care about.

It was cute and hilarious at the same time.... and they played jazz's music part in it too Love this scene so much 💕

Enjoyed every part of the episode, and this one was the funniest part😂 I was laughing so hard when they imaged kalego's childhood😂😂 lol!!!

Yet another nice episode, this was the episode where Purson soi finally broke out of the shell and became one of the misfits ❤️

Absolutely loved every minute of this episode. It was even better than I imagined while reading the manga.

The animation, pacing, and overall vibe were so good, and I really liked how every Misfit got a chance to shine.

Definitely one of my favorite Iruma episodes so far.😍
