Advice needed for gaming

These are my PC specs

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (4.2GHz) Processor
Gigabyte B850 Gaming WiFi6 Motherboard
32GB DDR5-6000 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Graphics Card

I play almost exclusively overwatch but I also spend a fair bit of time on open world RPGs like cyberpunk, Elden Ring, and baldurs gate

I want to get a monitor that gives a nice competitive edge with its refresh rate while still looking good on those single player titles. Ideally I don’t want to spend more than 500$

Given those constraints what are my options? I am completely new to this and just built my PC my old monitor is 1080p 120hz and is just not doing justice to what my PC can run. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I don’t know anything about building a PC or where to start with understanding the specs. I want to be able to run overwatch at a high FPS with decent graphics same for games like cyberpunk 2077. Is this good enough to do that and if so is it a decent price for what it is?

The question is in the title. I’d like to buy a pc and I like some of their builds but I have no idea wether or not they not price fairly or gouge like crazy.
