Workout Idea - seem to have constant minor injury

F25. Hey all! Not sure where to go so hope this fits in. I am really really wanting to get back into some form of weight/strength training as I have PMOS and I know how helpful this would be for my health + helping with joint aches and pains as a bigger person

However I am finding that (especially for my upper body) I can do a few very light sets of some classic upper body exercises like a machine row/lat pull down etc, and I will immediately wake up the next morning with a pulled shoulder/upper back and/or completely bummed neck regardless of how light I go and it just stops me from wanting to go back and try again. The injury only lasts for about a week but it happens every time I try anything to do with my upper body.

It’s really disheartening because I love to workout and I’m at that point with my health/weight where I need to get some movement in but I don’t know why this is happening. I try my best with form but that could be an issue, or perhaps weak core. Luckily I find legs alright for the most part, just some sore knee pain off and on

Looking for advice/similar stores/workouts or videos with your best reccs for situations like this while I wait to afford a personal trainer

Height - 162cm
Weight - 135kgs

Thanks so much ☺️
