Maintenance Options - HR

Was wondering after induction - what would a maintenance plan possibly be for High Risk ? I know we have to continue treatment, either bi-weekly or monthly- would that be IV or shots ? Or both ? Rev alone? Just seeing what others are doing..
Also - does it get just routine with all the trips?

Thanks !

Treatments after Car-t?

Just brainstorming and was thinking a lot of people early in their journey are being sent to Car-t maybe before SCT. If and when the Car-t fails, what are people going on as a next treatment? I’m assuming Bi-Specifics .. but then after? I guess it seems they are using the heavy hitters up front, but will the other treatment options really work afterwards that are being passed over?
Just curious as always …

Do percentages have any meaning on diagnosis and outcomes - High Risk labels .

My diagnosis report came in at ~30% Plasma cell in bone marrow , but I also have 4;14 marker at 15%, and 3 copies of 1q21 at 50%. Labeled high risk in report, but my MM specialist seemed not too worried about figures - she was like "intermediate" . Do the percentages have any play in treatment and remission ? I see a lot of people have 90% Plasma in bone marrow, I could only think the higher the worst..

On cycle 2 of D-KRD - My Spike started at 2.06 went down to 0.35 after 4 treatments, with K/L ratio at .062 green range and Free lamba started at 34.28 down to 1.38 in green range. So far so good.

Guess just trying to see can you be labeled high risk because of classification or when you look at the details, one size doesn't fit all. Hard to get away from the "High risk" label and hope the outcome will be a good and long one. Just messing with my head a lot.

Thanks for all you input in advance !

Maintenance after Induction - HR

Was curious what seems to be maintenance after completing your induction as a high risk - with or without a SCT? I may hold off to see how levels and get my body time to recover from Femur rod surgery which as tough on my body (56 y/o male)just wanted to be in the best shape as possible if I decide to go SCT route..
Thanks all - I do know that one size does not fit all
Much appreciated for your comments and feedback!

Question on levels during induction

Hi all - when levels MSpike / lamba/kappa reach normal levels during initial induction period - does the dosage of meds stay the same or gets reduced based off the levels? After 3 weeks, labs came back pretty good - but still have a good number of weeks to go.

Thanks to all for your support!
