👋 I work at UAL and I’m trying to improve the student application experience — would love your honest thoughts

Hey everyone — I’m part of a team at UAL working on improving the experience for applicants and students.

I’m currently trying to understand what applying to UAL actually feels like from your perspective — the good, bad, confusing, stressful, all of it 😅

Especially things like:

  • finding course info 🔍
  • portfolio requirements 🎨
  • the application system 📝
  • interviews 🎤
  • waiting for updates ⏳
  • communication from UAL 📩
  • visas / moving to London 🌍

Would love to hear from:

  • current students
  • people waiting for decisions
  • people who got rejected
  • people who chose another uni
  • or people who gave up halfway through applying

What was:

  • the most frustrating part? 😭
  • something confusing or unclear? 😵
  • something that actually worked well? ✨
  • something you wish existed? 👀

Even short comments would genuinely help 💜
