👋 I work at UAL and I’m trying to improve the student application experience — would love your honest thoughts
Hey everyone — I’m part of a team at UAL working on improving the experience for applicants and students.
I’m currently trying to understand what applying to UAL actually feels like from your perspective — the good, bad, confusing, stressful, all of it 😅
Especially things like:
- finding course info 🔍
- portfolio requirements 🎨
- the application system 📝
- interviews 🎤
- waiting for updates ⏳
- communication from UAL 📩
- visas / moving to London 🌍
Would love to hear from:
- current students
- people waiting for decisions
- people who got rejected
- people who chose another uni
- or people who gave up halfway through applying
What was:
- the most frustrating part? 😭
- something confusing or unclear? 😵
- something that actually worked well? ✨
- something you wish existed? 👀
Even short comments would genuinely help 💜
