I’m trying to step up my weekly meal prep by incorporating more different flavors to cook my chicken in. So far my staples have been buying pre marinaded chicken from H mart for Korean flavors and Carnival for Mexican flavors. Do other ethnic supermarkets carry pre marinaded meats especially chicken? I’m thinking Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, middle eastern etc. Open to all types of cuisines! I want to get a rotation going where I can eat a different flavor each week.

So originally I had a 14 mile race pace long run this Saturday. But I got sick Monday and modified my plan due to illness to no runs this week even cancelling the 14 miler. However I recovered from my cold faster than I expected by Thursday and I ended my illness modification hoping it would just reinstate my original plan. Well it didn’t and now it has my long run on Saturday as a 14 mile EASY run. I tried to do all sorts of modifications to try and get that race pace effort back since I was really looking forward to it. I ended up creating custom race pace 14 mile run and moving it into Saturday so now technically I have 2 14 mile runs scheduled for Saturday. I did this because I want the race alerts on my garmin when I select that workout.

Anyways my question is if I run my custom run on Saturday can I link that run to cover the 14 milers easy run that runna has for me that day? Will this affect my data at all for the rest of the plan?
