I have these three and think there's just one more, but I don't know where it is. I want to add this to the achievement guide but only once I've attained the achievement. If anyone knows where the last one is, it would be much appreciated!

Does anyone have a good blank map for ITR2's areas?

A screenshot, that is, and one that doesn't already have portal/stash markings on it. People keep asking me for a guide for Lauri's statue/figure locations, and I want to make one but I can't find a good blank map of the radius, one that I could at least try to mark on my own.
