My Google account was hacked, and as a result, my Genshin Impact account was compromised too. So I wanted to hear from you guys whether Hoyoverse support is actually helpful in this situation or if they’re just too bureaucratic. It’s an AR60 account, so I feel bad about doing nothing, which is why I’m asking. The account has my Microsoft account linked to it, and besides some blessings I recently bought for the first time, I’d also like to hear from you if anyone has managed to resolve this and tell me how it went.
