Resources for Cognitive rest/Brain rest
Does anyone have any links to good resources on how to implement brain rest and cognitive rehabilitation? I’m supposed to be on strict brain rest, but that’s not exactly easy to do and the specialist didn’t really give me much in the way of instructions. Also good resources on how to manage pacing (which even after two years I still can not get right)?
