I swapped the handlebars on my bike to drop handlebars

I also changed the seat, chain, back cassette and added a front mud guard (it didnt fit into my bike so I attached it with zip ties). My seat was too high as well so I lowered it. I didn't have a better or earlier before picture

edit: I flipped around the forks and the front wheel of the bike by accident at some point lol, its fixed now with an updated picture in the comments

S17 Ep. 6-7 team Sam's strategy

At the end of episode 6 they shouldn't have reinforced any of the stations on the portion of the board with 3 different lines you could use. They wasted a huge amount of chips reinforcing those stations and it did nothing. When Ben and Adam were coming from the east coast back to the west they should have taken the high speed line to the south and flipped all of the west coast stations which would have closed the gap a lot in terms of station count.
