Is there a way to just drop Trial level 1 ? I don’t mind level 2 but level 1 is really getting to me. Dealing with 3 year olds takes a special person

I have a student in Power Booster classes who probably should be on a Level 4 Major Course. She can’t even answer the literal questions most of the time. I keep submitting that the lessons are too difficult and I see other teachers commenting the same.

I already got told by an 9 year old I’m not clever bc I clearly don’t know what cake and candy are. Lol It was a picture of a birthday cake and lollipops. What’s a good way with these kids to correct them ? She was scribbling on the screen and I asked her if she wasn’t happy and she was able to tell me yes - they were out in public and late to class.

This is just a random wonder but I wonder why parents sometimes sit and book 4 classes and then like 3 days later cancel all the bookings. It’s not like I did anything wrong, they’ve done this before and their daughter had 23 classes with me so I know they like me. Just wondering what the thought process is

I keep having sound issues on the platform and I know my headset isn’t the issue bc I work for another online tutoring company with their own platform and it works fine. When I log on to VIPTeacher the student isn’t able to hear me. When I unplug my Logitech headset, it’s fine. Fireman told me today to restart my laptop and clear my cache. I am awful with technology. Can anyone make any suggestions ? Fireman asked me to make up the time w/ the student for a trial class but I can’t keep doing that especially with back to back classes. This is a recent issue too.
