I have to go to the doctors on Thursday at 1:00pm (eastern time) to get my sports physical done, and I’m due for 2 shots. I need to avoid this, I just can’t do it. I’ve avoided shots for like 3 years now and im shaking now as I type it at just the idea of having to get this shot. My initial plan was to make myself throw up at the doctors, but I would have to make myself gag a few times and my mom would yell at me. Maybe I pretend to faint? But that might result in the medical staff keeping me there for longer and drawing blood. Please help me. Don’t give me tips of overcoming my fear. I came here because I need people who understand.
