Bilateral ATN medications and treatments.

Hey all! I'm currently on a pretty low dose of oxcarb (300mg), and it keeps my ATN *tolerable*, but that's about it. I've been on doses up to 900, but unfortunately it really screwed with my treatment resistant depression, which is something I already struggle significantly with (I'm under the care of great professionals for that, don't worry!)

I would say hey, cool, let's just try something else, but here's the rub - pretty much all of the medications used for TN I've tried in the past, and had bad side effects from. I have rheumatoid arthritis, but back years ago at the start of the journey the doctors thought it might be fibromyalgia, which funny enough is often treated with the same meds as TN. So, I already know things like pregabalin and amytriptaline are hard no's due to side effects.

Had anyone had any non-medication treatment for bilateral ATN that helped? Surgery, botox, whatever! Anything that won't make me suddenly suicidal, haha.
