Am i getting paid enough?
Im a second year plumbing apprentice making 21/hr doing a mix of residential service and remodel work with some new construction also. Im running my own truck, diagnosing, selling, and installing water heaters on my own, prvs, and sometimes doing minor leak detection and repairs on my own. My rmp tends to pop up and help me on jobs when they get more complex. Id say 2/3 jobs i handle fully on my own. Am i underpaid or am i about where i should be? Need some opinions. Im in Austin, TX.
