I keep pulling-sometimes I get lucky but usually it’s weak pull grounders

1. I hit quite a bit of pop ups, how do I not get under the ball and be more thru?
2. Since I know my hands tend to be early, I tried to have the hip go first, but now I feel very little power. Is this a rhythm thing or a form thing? Thanks for your advices

I get a lot of pop outs before so I been working on getting more on plane which yields more contacts but a lot of grounders. We play casually with a group with pitches around 60-70mph nothing crazy
