NE Florida Pool Heater Q

First time pool owner and have lived in NE Florida for about a year. Our pool is more a dipping pool I’d say…10x12 about 3 and 4.5 ft. P-A-P came out and advised a 130 BTU unit with heat and cool.

My questions:

Do I need this large a unit?

Due to shade from home and the nature preserve behind us present time (Mid May pool stays about 78-79). I personally find that chilly still with outside temps not over 90.

Do I need a chiller?

I would like Poole temp to be between 80-85 for 10 months out of year.

Below is P-A-P est.
