Hey! I’m looking for some help/insight, I’ve worked in the OR for the past two years out of nursing school. I’m moving back to California at the beginning of June and i’ve been sending applications to all of the larger hosptial systems (ucsf,kiaser,stanford,surtter, county hospitals) with very little success. What is the job market like in the Bay Area, what should I expect? Should I think about changing up my resume for better chances of getting interviews? Any help is appreciated!
