Just trying to get more information about what the main differences are between the roles. When I try to look them up it seems very vague on what the actual differences are since the job responsibilities seem to ve very similar. Is anyone able to give a more specific difference?

I know CS tops out at GS-14 and DOS tops out at GS-13 but I can't find much besides that.

So how do y'all go about celebrating achievements when you accomplish something at work or promote but your work or at least parts of your job are classified? I find it difficult to even discuss parts of work with family since I can't really explain the accomplishments.
