What plant is this?
This will be our second year battling JKW with glyphosate in upstate NY, and we have only a couple of stalks this year, thank goodness! We plan to try to remove the periwinkle that is covering much of the backyard and plant natives, hopefully without herbicide, but noticed this growing in an area without the periwinkle. Anyone know what it is?
