I constructed a 13.25 Marla ( old Marla ) house and a portion is one rent for about 70k. And on ground portion I am planning to live there. ( Currently living in joint also own half of that house ). So my question is that will the rent will continue to increase indefinitely ( 10% per year ) and is return I am having good. ( 2.12 crores I invested excluding the plot price.
