No answer form customer support for over a month
I am putting this out here to warn people about this.
My Manta has had a major issue with the touch screen since day 1.
Basically only the pen works but gestures don't, and on the side bars they only work 10% of the time.
I really enjoy writing on the manta but not being able to do something as simple as opening the settings or turning a page (without the pen) is just unacceptable for a product this expensive.
I have tried to contact the customer support three times through different ways and never received an answer, not even an automated response.
My last attempt was almost a month ago, I guess this is attempt four...
The lack of support is really annoying since it doesn't seem like the first time they have shipped faulty products.
Edit: After DMing mulan I did get an E-Mail from supernote Europe very quickly. Good so far. Will keep this updated :)
