Why does Reddit feel more negative than other social media platforms?
I’m new to Reddit, and one thing I noticed quickly is that people here seem more aggressive or negative compared to other platforms.
Even normal questions sometimes get downvoted or replied to harshly. Is this just part of Reddit culture, or does anonymity make people more direct here?
Not hating Reddit btw, just curious about why it feels different.
