We brought back Arma 2's Takistan Life in Arma 3. It's a persistent server where the world reacts to player decisions.

Takistan is split: NATO backs the north, Russia backs the south. Civilians run businesses (legal and illegal), governments tax and enforce laws, insurgents wage guerrilla warfare. The economy changes, territories flip ownership, and wars start based on what players actually do.

What You Can Do

Run businesses, smuggle drugs, or control gang territory

Rob northern and southern banks when police are online, plus the casino

Use crates and shipping containers for bulk resource processing

Build serious wealth without continuous grind

Watch territories flip to insurgents if governments overtax citizens

Everything persists - character, money, vehicles, factories

BLUFOR (North)

NATO-backed police and military with an elected Police Chief. Martial Law unlocks jets, attack helicopters, and heavy armor. KOS on insurgents. Can build defenses

OPFOR (South - TLA)

Russian-backed military dictatorship. Deploy tanks and helicopters freely, tax the south, mine and sell resources. Defend the southern bank. KOS on insurgents. Can build defenses

Insurgents

Mountain-based guerrillas. Mi-24s, Hueys, T-72s, M60A3s. IEDs, car bombs, hit-and-run tactics. Capture territory and bomb infrastructure. KOS both BLUFOR and OPFOR. Can build defenses
