how to get over awkwardness with voice training
i live with my parents and older brother and am almost never home alone. I want to try voice training to lower my voice and also make the voice drop on T(which I should hopefully be starting within a few months!) sound more natural (I've heard it can sound like you have the flu because only certain parts of your voice box change). anyway, it feels so awkward to do the exercises, especially when people might be able to hear me. I've thought about doing it with tv on semi loud but I also want to be able to take recordings to see how low it actually gets etc.
anybody know how to get around that awkwardness?
there's also the fact that I have adhd and executive dysfunction is fucking hell to remember literally anything. I can figure that part out with trial and error, but if anyone has tips that's not just set an alarm I'd appreciate that too
