i noticed these little guys in the enclosure, did my isopods have babies already??

i took note of all of the (helpful and constructive) advice from the comments about the issues i was having. today i wiped out as much mold as i could, took out the dead isopod, baked some more leaf litter for an hour, and got rid of the old leaf litter (since it had a bit of mold too). hopefully this should be good enough. i didn't wanna change everything out and disturb them, so i didn't change the substrate

i recently (earlier this week) got dairy cow isopods to keep in this isopod starter kit enclosure, and i noticed a bit of mold growing. is this safe for isopods? should i try to remove it? if so, how? i'd love to hear from people who are more experienced with keeping isopods than i am 🙏

i also noticed while making this post that one of the isopods died. i picked it up and it didn't move at all. i’m sad and worried that i wasn't taking good enough care of them, so please let me know what i can do different
