Orbea frame rant

The people at Orbea appear very nice and are very reassuring. However, I'm finding it all empty promises....

Bought a personalized terra frameset. Took almost a month and found the headset bearing seat is defective. Was instructed to go through LBS to get it repaired. Returned the frame to LBS - they laughed at the thought that Orbea suggested that they fix it. Orbea instructed me to initiate a warranty return for a replacement through LBS. Done immediately. Orbea hasn't responded to LBS claim. Unhappy.

Did research and found forums citing unpleasant experiences with warranty returns at Orbea. Increasing unhappiness.

Decided to do a return instead of getting yanked around with already sketchy warranty process. As clearly stated on their website's terms, returns are allowed within 14 days, even on personalized items if defective.

Frustratingly, Orbea's website link to initiate a return doesn't work. Complained to Orbea directly. Was told I can't do a return because it's a personalized frame. Became very unhappy.

Anyone have any advice for dealing with such BS? I see no way out, so I'm heading to the credit card company for refund.
