I found my escaped snake
Around a month ago I went to check on my snake, I hadn't seen him poke out for 3/4 days and I wanted to see if he was in blue before thawing a mouse.... Well he was not in his enclosure.
I have no clue how he escaped (the enclosure has a glass panel that slides vertically and no other holes...) but he was missing for about a month.
But this weekend I found him at the bottom of the laundry hamper! I was blindly reaching in to check that there were no stray socks left behind and I grabbed something unexpected, I screamed and let go 😅 my poor snake was very upset!
I put him in his enclosure and let him be.
Yesterday I found a poop (what did he eat???)
today he ate a pinkie (a size smaller than what he usually gets)... I hope our little adventure is over and that he's fine 🤞
