I know this is a very opinionated question because of how subjective the signed copy market is for cards, especially for a not as common card but still want to know what it would go for if I ever sold it

The tattoo removal person said it’ll go away in 2 months time and I haven’t even started any paperwork yet. Will they even notice or will it even be there by time I get sent to meps if I don’t point it out?
Personal issues are pressing me for time so I need to get through the process quickly but I know this might keep me from going

I’m having a hard time deciding on which branch to join, I’m joining with the intention of getting experience in either Cybersecurity or IT. originally I was going to join the Air Force however I had a tattoo on my neck (just behind the ear 1.5”) which I have been going to a tattoo removal clinic for and am at the point where there’s no actual ink in the area and just stained skin making it look very faded, and I’ve tried to talk to multiple Air Force recruiters and each of them have said it needs to be completely gone and that could easily take 2-3 months before I can even take my asvab through them on top of waiting for the role I want to open. The navy’s an option but I know the benefits and living conditions aren’t as good as the Air Force’s which is what’s putting me off with them, also I’m really trying to be in a non-combative position at all which I have a much higher chance of getting into in the navy
Any advice as to what to do in this situation would be greatly appreciated
