Hi,

I'm buying my first house and the property sits on a private, unadopted road where the original management company responsible for maintaining it has been dissolved, leaving a gap in the formal maintenance structure that lenders need to be satisfied is still legally workable. An indemnity policy has been put in place but accord rejected this and took back their mortgage offer. Is this a common issue? Has anyone had a mortgage offer given under similar circumstances? What lender accepted?
