I feel like payroll is one of the most irritating aspects of managing my business nowadays.

Not because of the fact that I have a lot of employees but because of the feeling that I have to verify everything and control all the processes each and every cycle. I believed that after setting everything up it will go on autopilot but guess not.

Nowadays how simple and fast a customer service values above all else compared to the other additional features that I'll never need or use. Also one other factor that I need knowing is how reliable support is when stuff goes south. Has anyone found a payroll system that made things easier long term?
