Last minute trip early June with son (12). Syros or?
Some days ago I posted about Syros, now our potential dates have changed and it looks like I'll be travelling alone with my son (12). Seeking recommendations for how to keep him occupied there, or perhaps you have better suggestions? He speaks several languages and likes sports and he would be happy to do some kind of organized watersports thing for a few hours each day. The trouble is, I am of Greek ancestry and a frequent visitor and I hate big hotels with kids activities and such, and much prefer to visit places where Greek people actually live, the more traditional sort of place. Anyway, now wit the new situation (the two of us traveling alone) I'm open to other suggestions as well, where there might be something like that, or where it might be easy to meet other kids his age.
