Retraining Aid
I feel like this is going to help a lot of people currently in the retraining area. Those who have attempted/are attempting to retrain know the MyFSS cases tab is designed kind of shotty and you never know where anything is on the timeline: At the bottom of this post will be a link for you to view where you case is and who it has gone through. Once you access the link, select the 3x3 dots in the left corner, select view all and then personnel, select your name, select cases and open up the applicable case you are wanting to see, under the "FEED" tab you'll see all the actions that happened that MyFSS does not show you and under the "AUDIT" tab you can see dates for when an action happened that changed your status. I hope this helps out those that feel like they are constantly in the dark about their case.
