Hi, this is my burner account hence the low age, but I had a quick question on recruitments.

I want to get into IB, but am still a bit hazy on the whole process. I understand there are several rounds and a super day… but what exactly are those differing interviews and what exactly goes into a super day?

I’m entering as a sophomore and want to hit the ground running for junior recruitment. I come from a non-target, what do I need to do to get in and get prepared?

I have a background in financial modeling and stock pitching at school, but want something stronger on the resume before I apply for the internship. Thinking technicals are the next step.
