Hello! I’m looking for information on how the queue system works. I’m flying in the day before and was bracing myself to queue overnight but now I’m getting information that it will all be a digital queue?

I just signed up as a new Pacific Place member and obviously don’t have points to try and get tickets on the app with points.

Should I still join the physical queue or is it all digital and I just have to get my thumbs ready to book really fast?

UPDATE:

All entrances will open by 6am, ticketing opens at 10am. Mall management seems to be forming a queue line but CJ said there will be a queue outside the mall. As for where that queue will be, we’re still waiting to see how mall management wants to handle it
