Did I get a BU Peace Dollar?

I just received the BU Peace Dollar that I just bought online. I was expecting it to look better. Most of the letters are super soft, there's some dings (a pretty decent ding in the edge in the last pic), and it just looks splotchy.

Does this look like a BU Peace Dollar? I was expecting it to look quite a bit better than this, but I'm new to this, so perhaps my expectations are not realistic.
