Was Tatsuya's snap against Masaki in the monolith code finals him flash casting or was it him influencing his surroundings without using a CAD (like Miyuki causing the temperature of her surroundings to drop when she gets worked up)? If it was flash casting, why didn't anyone make a big fuss about it?
