Hello all! I have just recently graduated (20 M) and am urgently looking for a roommate after the one I have been coordinating with was abruptly met with family and financial issues. The apartment is at 1615 Commonwealth Ave Apt 12A. The room above is what is being leased and will be subject to change as I continue moving the individuals things out. Preferable move in before the 1st of September.
Apartment information
- Rent is $1250 / All utilities are included besides electricity, at the start of Sept. 1st. 1000 sq ft
- No brokers fee as I am a tenant and have been
- 2Bedroom, 1 bath
- Internet has already been setup by me which I do not mind paying.
- Upon signing a security deposit is required. Co-Signers are eligible as well.
- Apartment is right next to the 65 Bus and Green Line (B-Line) making commutes a breeze from my experience.
- Fully furnished! A TV is setup along with appliances such as a microwave and air fryer.
- Near many restaurants and other amenities
- Laundry is included
- Street parking, otherwise parking costs around 200
- Cats are allowed
