Sick from mold exposure?

Ok so me and my fiancé live with his family, and to say the least, they are not very cleanly people. I spent at least three hours yesterday cleaning out their fridge and pantry. I had gloves on the whole time, was consistently washing my hands and disinfecting everything, and made sure not to touch my face/eyes/mouth.
The fridge wasn’t so bad, there was one dish in there that had accumulated white mold in it, i just dumped the left over food in the trash and washed it. The real issue was the pantry. It smelt like something had died in there. So I scoured it, looking for the cause of the stench. Lo and behold, someone had put left over refrigerated food in there 🥲 It had mold all over it, even outside the container. I immediately disposed of it, and washed my hands thoroughly and went on with cleaning the pantry.
Since then, I have just felt off. I developed a headache last night, which by this morning has turned into a full blown migraine. My face, and the back of my neck hurt so much. And before I went to bed last night I felt extremely loopy and exhausted (mind you I had only taken ibuprofen for the headache). I have a slight fever, and my nose is stuffy/runny, and I just feel weak.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this is from the mold, being that I spent at least an hour cleaning in that area. But I’d just like to know anyone else’s thoughts on this. I will attach pictures of said moldy items. And I will say, it was a lot worse in person than what I was able to get on camera
