First cycle gains
This is for first time users who are considering a cycle. Here’s what I ran and possible things to expect:
If you would like pictures from before and after just dm me I don’t wanna post myself on here.
Rad, around 7.5mg(I had a 15ml dropper and went halfway).
Cjc -1295 no dac with ipa. 250 mcg 5 on 2 off
NAC 1200 mg in the morning 600 before bed
Tudca 600 in the morning 600 at night
Fish oil
Magnesium
Zinc
I ran the cycle for seven weeks.
I started enclomiphene 12.5mg ed on week five and I’m going to run it for four weeks after last dose so six weeks total. The reason for the weird dose is I was honestly scared so I just wanna see my body reacted. I’m going to list side effects, main compound lift numbers and bw.
6’3 168lbs starting. Finish at 181lbs. Also about 12-14 percent bf
Bench went from 230 to 270( absolutely unreal to me).
Squat went from 315 to 375
Those are the main two lifts. I could also include others, but these ones show enough proof that it worked lol.
Side effects:
More hair loss than I normally have. I have very thick curly hair so I would have hair fall out all the time before. It wasn’t much at all but noticeable in the shower.
Blood pressure- went from 120 over 70 every morning( tested it everyday for two weeks before) to 130 over 80.
Liver discomfort - it would happen for anywhere from 2- 6 hours and it would be days that I forgot to hydrate. If I stayed hydrated I had no problems. In total it happened three days or so all spaced out. It wasn’t ever painful I could just tell it was there.
Anger- I wasn’t angry all the time or anything like that but I felt like I got pissed off more than usual by people. This was in the first couple weeks and kinda died down or I got better at controlling it.
Benefits other than lifts.
Vascularity - gains tons of new veins I could see
Dried out a lot and was eating as much as I wanted and got leaner.
Size- shoulders broadened a lot and my back grew a shit ton
If you have any other questions or something I forgot just ask I’ll answer to the best of my knowledge also getting bloodwork done soon to see where I’m at.
