Strong C# Developer needed B2B CNC Startup
Hey everyone. I am building software for precision CNC machining shops with a $5M to $25M annual revenue. Right now, these shops are bleeding money. A major reason is operators turning down the feed rate dial, which makes the machines underperform.
Current monitoring tools are okay, but they just show technical data and percentages. They do not show the actual money being lost. My software acts as a listener. It reads the machine data and translates that dial percentage directly into a real dollar amount. The moment the dial turns, it sends an alert straight to the Operations Manager so they can step out to the floor and fix it instantly. It gives them a live look at how much money is leaking right now, and it projects future losses if the operators keep running at that speed.
Over the last two months, I have built a working prototype and handled the industrial UI. I am also handling the go to market strategy, the cold calling, and I am researching and defining the exact logic for how the software calculates the financial truth.
I am looking for a technical developer, ideally from Europe, who is capable of coding the entire backend. The most critical need right now is someone who writes really strong C#.
You will handle the handshake between the software and the machines, extract the data, and translate it into hard financial truth based on my logic. The software will run on the local network of the shop, meaning not even we will be able to access the data.
The equity structure is 50/50 with a 1 year cliff. This means if one of us leaves before the first birthday of the company, that person walks away with zero equity. I'm not a offering paid position.
I am looking for someone who will not treat this as a side hustle, but a serious startup with the potential to dominate the precision CNC machining market. It does not matter if you do not have a background in CNC machining, although it is a bonus. The main criteria is someone who can write strong C#.
(Don't get me wrong, I'm most definitely not asking for a Full time position, but the mentally towards it).
If you are interested or have questions, please shoot me a DM.
Cheers.
